OUR POLICY
My Perfect Dress will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that customers' personal data will kept in a safe and secure manner and that no unauthorized access to your data will be allowed.
The Customer understands and permits My Perfect Dress to collect, maintain and use personal information to update on My Perfect Dress events, promotions and latest release.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
NO Exchanges or Refunds allowed. All items undergo strict quality control standard and are checked before delivery.
Exceptions for EXCHANGES are only allowed on case by case basis for items deemed defective by My Perfect Dress due to manufacturer's defect or errors in orders on our end. A request email with the defect / error description must be sent to enquiry@myperfectdress.com.sg within 24 hours upon receipt of the purchased items. The specified items have to be sent back to My Perfect Dress registered office for exchange WITHIN 2 days upon receipt of the purchased items.
Items sent for exchanges MUST NOT be worn or washed and MUST be returned in the original packaging and with the original tags.
Should the stock for the exchanged item be obsolete, customers are then allowed to select other items of similar price range in exchange for the defective item.
Postage for the returned items and new items will be absorbed by My Perfect Dress only if the items are deemed defective by us due to manufacturer's defect or errors in orders on our end. And othe reason that we deemed is due to customer's request, all charges + administrative fee of SGD$10 will be borne by the customer.
