What is My Perfect Dress?
My Perfect Dress is a rental destination, for all of life's special occasions. We rent out Wedding Gowns, Bridesmaid Dresses, Dress for ROM / Solemnization, Dress for your Dinner & Dance or any Evening or Ball event.
You choose a dress, come for fitting or browse more at our showroom, pay for the dress and small deposit, take the dress with you, all you have to do is have fun in it and send it back to us when you're done.
My Perfect Dress was born out of the fact, to loan you a dress that dress to your budget and our satisfaction to see you gloriously beautiful without breaking your bank.
Wouldn't it be great - no, wouldn't it be amazing - if you could wear a different dress for every special event in your calendar?
How do I rent a dress from My Perfect Dress?
HOW IT WORKS
1. BROWSE Simply choose through our collection and add your favourite dress into your Shopping Cart to try on.
2. ORDER Place the order, and we will contact you for your confirmation of collection or fitting. Rent a dress starts from $40 and deposit at $80 for short dresses and $500 for Wedding Gown.
3. PARTY A Ball, a Wedding a Romantic date whatever the event, enjoy wearing it and bask in the compliments and admiring glances you will get!
4. RETURN Once you are done return the dress to us, get your deposit and earn some credits for next visit.
ORDERING & TRYING ON THE DRESSES
Does My Perfect Dress have a physical showroom?
Yes, we are located at 12th Floor Block 26 Bendemeer Road, Contact 9067 4136 or SMS 9144 5485 before you make your way down for browsing, fitting, touch & feel.
How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an initial automatic email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. Please note that this is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not confirmation that your purchase has been made. You will then receive a 2nd email from us. Only after the item(s) are collected, your credit card details have been approved. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items collected You will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock piece(s) and your payment for the item(s) will not be processed.
Can I Try on a dress before my event date?
Yes of course! We encourage fitting, if in the event you require further alteration to make the dress wider or smaller. We'll do it for you at no costs.
Can I receive a refund if the dress I order doesn't fit?
We want you to be completely happy with your dress. If the dress does not fit and no alteration can be done, we will exchange it or give you a full refund.
What payment methods does My Perfect Dress accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Nets through Paypal or Bank Transfer to DBS Saving account.
How do I cancel my order?
Once you have tried on and confirmed that you wish to wear a dress, including advance try ons, any following cancellations are not eligible for a refund or My Perfect Dress credit.

What if an item is out of stock?
All items are subject to availability. If items that you order are out of stock or subject to a delay we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. You then may select replacement dresses to simply swap, you won't need to place another order. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity.
How long can I borrow a dress for?
The standard rental period for Short and Evening Dresses are 3 days and Wedding Gown are 4 Days. But if you want to hang onto it for longer because you need time to accessorize, or perhaps you are going on an abroad photo-shoot, holiday, that is no problem! Just email us at enquiry@myperfectdress.com.sg and we can either renew it for you, or give you a quote for a longer rental period.
Can I order by telephone or fax?
Yes you can contact us at 9067 4136 or SMS 9144 5485 to reserve that perfect dress for you.
When does my rental period begin and end?
Your rental period starts on the next day after your dress is collected; for example, if your dress is collected on Tuesday for a 3 days rental, Wednesday is your start date and you would need to return the dress to us by Friday 8pm .
My rental period ends on a Sunday or Public Holiday. What should I do?
You can return us the following day although we are still operate on Sunday & Public Holiday.
Do you offer gift vouchers?

RETURNING YOUR DRESS
When will I receive my refund?
After we have received your dress / dresses back, we will refund in the same form of payment that you originally used. Refunds will be dealt on the spot after we received your dress and deemed no unremovable stains.
What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?
Don't worry! We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable and beyond your control. If you damage the dress the first thing you should do is to inform us upon returning. We reserve the right to handle each incident on a per case basis. Our dry cleaner and seamstress can take care of most minor damage. Any damage will be looked into. Any visible stains of Ink, Oil, Blood, Wine, Chilli, Curry, Chocolate cream, Tea or any stains which is deemed unremovable by us, your deposit is forfeited and the property still belongs to My Perfect Dress.
Note: Although very rare, significant destruction, if the dress is damaged, lost or torn beyond everyday wear and tear your credit card will be charged immediately a repair or full replacement fee as estimated by us.
THE DRESSES
Are the dresses new?
All of our dresses are either brand new or in like new condition and all go through strict quality control checks before we allow them to be borrowed by customers. All My Perfect Dress are cleaned by a premier dress specialist and we ensure strict quality control.
What sizes do you stock?
At the moment our dresses range in size from UK 2-6, and few UK 6-10.
If I fall in love with a dress can I buy it?
Many of our dresses are available for purchase, both brand new and pre-loved. Prices will vary from dress to dress and will take into account its age and condition and its general availability and we will quote you a good price.
Can I rent accessories alone or do I have to rent them with a dress?
Our accessories are loan for FREE depending on the style of dresses. As our accessories are limited in pieces we will do our best to make your happy to compliment your whole ensemble. However priority will be given for Wedding Gown customers.

How private is the personal information I give to you kept?
Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at My Perfect Dress?
At My Perfect Dress, your personal online security is important to us. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by PAYPAL and consequently you are guaranteed the best security available.
When is my credit card charged for the rental?
Orders are charged as soon as you collect the dress from us, or you may choose to pay cash later and we will not process your Credit Card.

What are your opening hours?
Our customer service opening hours are Mon - Sat: 11am to 9pm, Sun & PH: 11am to 4pm
How do I subscribe to the My Perfect Dress newsletters?
On the homepage there is a box to enter your email and sign up.
What are some advantages to borrowing instead of buying?
There are lots of advantages. Here are just a few:
